SuperMoon

With all the hype about a super moon on Sunday night (8/10/14), we decided we needed to see it in style!  We set up the fire pit and chairs near the creek bed, for a good view of the moon rising.  The night did not disappoint.  Clear skies, one shooting star, star identification with iPhone app :-), a gorgeous moon, s'mores, and - most importantly - fun family conversation and laughter!
