Langs and Greens

We are so happy to have time with the Greens this summer.  Our friendship is over 20 years old and it has been wonderful to watch our kids grow up together.  On Wednesday morning (7/2) Corb and Chad went to Pine Creek Pass to fish (this opened on 7/1 and fishing is good only for a short time).  They caught a bunch of fish!

Meanwhile, Kath and I and the kids (Brady, Connor, Margaret, Lucie, Dylan, Caden and Gabby) had fun.  First, a trip to the library in Victor, followed by milkshakes at the Emporium.  Then we headed up to the Targhee pool for a relaxing afternoon.  Mags had slept over with Dylan the night before and then we had Gabby Batchen join us for the day on Wednesday.  Mags, Gab, and Dyl got along great all day long.  Gabby's mom, Lisa Smith Batchen, is on her "Badwater 4 Goodwater" quest.  4 times the Badwater course in Death Valley - over 500 miles in about 12 days!  She attempted this last summer and had to stop due to a bad case of sciatica, so she's back with a vengeance!
